Overview
Pippins Cottage is a detached period property refurbished to a very high standard. Sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms, there is a large bathroom, two reception rooms, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a separate dining room. Internet broadband is available. Please read on for a full description of the accommodation on offer.
The Snug
The perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment with a book or one of the many board games available.
Kitchen
Fitted with Shaker-style units, a fully integrated dishwasher, retro fridge-freezer, and a microwave. You will find everything you need should you wish to dine in.
Dining Room
Two steps down from the kitchen is the dining room, with a lovely decorative antique cast iron fireplace, and solid oak table and chairs for six. Two windows look out to the rear garden and to the south-facing patio.
Lounge
Many years ago this part of the cottage was originally a shop and this is evidenced by the large front window, making this a lovely bright room. There are two large comfy sofas, a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player, and an i-POD docking station.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is at the rear of the cottage and enjoys lovely views over the village and surrounding countryside.

There is a kingsize bed, oak furniture.
Bedroom 2
This large room at the front of the cottage has two built-in cupboards, and oak furniture. The kingsize bed can be split to provide two single beds if required.
Bedroom 3
This is a lovely bright room offering two single beds and oak furniture.
Bathroom
Fitted with a modern white suite, with a deep semi-freestanding bath for a relaxing soak. There is also a separate large glass framed shower enclosure.
Utility room
This room houses the boiler and washer/dryer.
Outside
There is off-road parking to the side of the cottage, beyond which is a fully enclosed south-facing patio and lawned area bounded by shrub borders. There is a patio table and chairs for six, and a BBQ for you to enjoy.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
