Overview
The Stable is our latest refurbishment project and is also our largest property. As with our other cottages, The Stable has been finished to a very high standard and briefly comprises of 3 king-sized bedrooms (one of which can be made into two single beds). There is a family bathroom, together with an en-suite shower room to master bedroom and a downstairs WC. The modern kitchen/diner is fully equipped with integrated appliances and granite worktops. The lounge has an open fire and a sunny aspect. Outside the garden is south-facing and fully enclosed. There is private parking for two vehicles.
The Lounge
A lovely light room with a huge sofa and an inviting open fire to cosy up the chilly winter evenings. For your entertainment there is a 37" flat screen TV showing free-to-air satellite channels and a DVD player.
Kitchen/DinerA spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The modern units are complemented by granite worktops, electric multi-function double oven, gas hob with wok burner, microwave, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Solid oak dining table and chairs for six. iPod docking station.
Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom and WC.
Master Bedroom and En-suiteA large, light room with views between the trees towards open countryside. A 5ft kingsize pocket sprung bed will ensure a good night's sleep. Furnished with solid oak furniture. This room has the benefit of a stylish en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2Another large and light room. Furnished with a 5ft kingsize pocket sprung bed and solid oak furniture.
Bedroom 3
This is our smallest bedroom, but is still plenty big enough to accommodate either two small single beds (as shown), or the beds can be linked together to make a kingsize. Quality pocket sprung beds. Solid oak furniture gives the room a lovely warm feel.
The modern white suite is complemented by an over bath Mira shower.
