'We come to Cornwall 4-6 times a year for 2-3 weeks at a time and this was by far the best air bnb we have stayed in. Lovely place & great location! We loved that it has an elevator to help with our bags. Emma set up a Christmas tree for our kids for Christmas, which was such a lovely touch on Christmas Day! 'We had a great week in this lovely light flat with the most amazing view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the sea ans watching the world go by. It was handy for town, railway station and buses too. Everything was really clean and comfortable and Emma always replied really quickly to any questions. Really recommended for visiting Penzance, St Ives and Penwith in general.' July 2023

'First of all, the view is fantastic looking out from the living room and bedroom to the sea and St. Michael's Mount in the distance. The rental is an easy walk from the train and bus station. We are seniors and survived two weeks with no car! The rental was spotless, kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook and eat in. Grocery shops were near by, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Great communication with Emma, there is a binder with instructions to operate stove, internet connection, etc. and leaflets and bus timetables for days out. There is also a tourist information office at the bus station. Penzance is quite hilly, steep roads in the town, as we found, is most of that part of Cornwall. I highly recommend Emma's rental for your stay in Penzance.' March 2023

'Emma's Penzance penthouse apartment is an excellent base for exploring West Cornwall. She's a highly efficient host and helped make our stay just perfect. Penzance-Newlyn has always been a favourite of ours as it's a real working town with a wonderful commercial center - all within easy walking distance. Penzance also has excellent transport links with other tourist spots around Cornwall. Dedicated parking is also a bonus. 'We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and well located. Easy to get to and then in and out of Penzance to explore some lovely areas of Cornwall. Especially liked the view out to sea and St.Michael's Mount. We would go back there in a heartbeat.' July 2022

'What a amazing place the penthouse is Beautiful location close to town centre , bus and train station which we used quite a lot £5 for a all day ticket we travelled on train to Truro , bus to st ives mousehole and the coast bus to landsend The view from the balcony is stunning waking up and having your morning cuppa over looking the sea is magical I can’t give Emma’s place enough praise we was so sad to leave and want to return as quick as possible You are so close to everywhere St ives, padstow , Newquay, Falmouth are beautiful places to visit by car bus or train we caught the little bus into mousehole which is lovely and a walk from the penthouse to st Michaels mount along the coastal path which is on your doorstep is a must Overhaul I could not fault Emma’s place it had everything a 10/10' June 2022

'Wow! We all said as we walk through the door and saw the amazing view from Emma's apartment. Everything was so beautiful, clean and welcoming. Perfect location for exploring Cornwall. We hopped on a train to St iveys and a boat to the Ilses of silly. Aswell as nipping onto local beaches for a swim. Views over St Michaels Mount while having breakfast. The only complaint was the we had to come home! Thanks Emma is was brilliant.' June 2022

'The apartment is lovely and has fantastic views. Waking up to a misty St Michael’s Mount across the water was breathtaking. The place was very neat and tidy, and has everything you would need for your stay. Emma also has a list of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. which we took full advantage of. The location was perfect for us and within a short driving distance to many attractions. Our kids loved the place so much that we had a hard time convincing them to come back home! We will definitely recommend this gem of a place to anyone and will certainly look to book it again in the future.' April 2022

'We had an AMAZING stay in this apartment, which was clean and in a great location just a few minutes' walk from Penzance high street. The views from the balcony were brilliant, looking straight over the sea with St Michael's Mount in the distance. It was very convenient to reach other parts of Cornwall too, with St Ives and Land's End both a short drive away. We would certainly recommend this apartment and we're already looking forward to staying there again!' June 2021

'The apartment is perfect. It’s light, airy and spacious and has a wonderful feel to it. The views from the main bedroom and lounge are incredible, you can sit relax and take in the beautiful sea views no matter the weather.
