The Countryside Retreat is a detached house spread over three levels. The living room is on the top floor to make the most of the spectacular views. This property benefits from beautiful secluded tropical gardens at the rear for you to relax and unwind and a large drive which can accommodate up to three cars.
Overlooking sea views of Mounts Bay, with farm fields and footpaths on it's doorstep, this 4-bedroom property is decked out with all the mod cons you need for a relaxing stay.
The large garden sits across two levels and there’s a big drive to accommodate up to 3 cars. A BBQ is also available for use. Sorry we do not accept pets.
There are four bedrooms: - Room 1 (bedroom with double bed – sleeps 2) - Room 2 (bedroom with double bed and sink – sleeps 2) - Room 3 (bedroom with two bunk beds – sleeps 4) - Room 4 (ensuite bedroom with lounge area)
- The living Room (open-plan living room with exotic plants) - The kitchen (cooker, 4-burner hob, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges with freezer compartments and full utensils) - Two bathrooms, one with a bath and both with shower units.
The living room has a TV and DVD player, and wifi is available throughout the property.
The house is located in a rural village, with valley views in one direction and sea views in the other. The village has a two friendly pubs and is surrounded by footpaths, including the famous St Michaels Way trail.
With all 3 corners of the South West coastline accessible via a short drive, there's plenty to see and do:
10min - Marazion Beach (St. Michael’s Mount and the Giant’s Causeway)
12min – Trencrom Hill (see all the whole panorama of the south west coastlines from the top)
15min – St. Ives (Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum, fish ‘n’ chips, ice cream, art galleries, tea rooms, boat hire from the harbour, surf lessons and seafood restaurants)
15min – Gwithian (surf beach, sand dunes, soft golden sand, National Trust coast path walks)
30min – Lands End
60min – Eden Project

Availability
During summer we offer weekly stays with Friday changeovers. Out of the peak season we offer shorter stays with a minimum of three nights. Please enquire for shorter stays.
Rates
Prices below are shown per week with stays commencing on a Friday. Short stays are available out of peak season. Peak season starts from July the 6th to September the 7th. Minimum 7 night stay in peak season. Minimum 3 night stay out of season. Please enquire for short stays.
Short Break prices are as follows: 3 Night Stays 75% of weekly rate 4 Night Stays 80% of weekly rate 5 Night Stays 85% of weekly rate 6 Night Stays 90% of weekly rate

There are 4 bedrooms, including one master bedroom with double bed and ensuite. Two of the other bedrooms have double beds and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds.

There are two bathrooms. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. The ensuite has a shower, basin and toilet.
Family
Children are very welcome. We have a high chair, baby safety gates at the top of the stairs, fireplace guards and boardgames.

High speed WI-FI internet. TV and DVD player, many DVD's to choose from. Board games and puzzles.
Pets
Sorry we do not accept pets.
Outside space
The garden sits across two levels, there is outside dining furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is also parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
